My Story
I know this problem because I lived it for decades. Not a bad season. Decades.
I went back through old journals not long ago. What I found stopped me. The same unnamed goal. The same loops. The same attempt to fix one thing, only to find another leak. Bullet journal. GTD. Tony Robbins' RPM system. 7 Habits. Notion. Each one promising clarity. Each one producing a more sophisticated version of the same fragmentation.
I wasn't doing it wrong. I was solving the wrong problem.
The problem was never the system. The problem was that I was running a law enforcement career, a trading account, a coaching business, a relationship with my daughter — all as separate projects. Disciplined in every lane. Fragmented across all of them. Plugging one hole only to find another leak.
The shift didn't come from a better system. It came from naming the actual problem: I wasn't integrated.
When the body, the mind, and the identity start pointing the same direction — not as competing projects, but as one coherent thing — the feeling is unmistakable. Powerful. Purposeful. In flow. Not because you added more. Because you stopped leaking.
That's what I coach. I call it The Sovereign Method.
